Now the team from the mission department in arken mission is back from a very touching trip. The team (Göran Zetterlund, Margot Zetterlund and Jennifer Tjäder) met pastor Linda Bergling and Elin Maroy in Kolkata. Linda had a pastors’ conference in Coimbatore with hundreds of pastors and leaders that received the word of God, inner prayer, and peace from God. Together we also had a small pastors conference in Kolkata. Some of the pastors there have very challenging times, and we were happy to be able to encourage them and each other in the hope in Jesus Christ.

When pastor Linda and Elin went back to Sweden the other team stayed and followed up the girl center in Kolkata and the girl and boy home in Nepal. We had a wonderful time with all the children. Together with the leaders there we talked about the future, visions for the clinic and dentist in the girl center in Kolkata. We also took the girls to a snow park, fancy restaurant, and a lot of other fun so they can experience just being children who are loved. This year the project with helping girls in Kolkata celebrates 20 years in progress.

 In Nepal we took both the boys and girls together on a big picknick in a beautiful park. We had a great time together with dance, music, prayer, and activities.

All the children are grateful for their sponsors and the chance for education and hope for the future. We want to thank all sponsors for making it possible to change the lives of children in need.
